Web Services / API

Allow Multiple Sales Products with the Same Product Id in Save Customer and Order Paid API
Clients can now use our Save Customer and Order Paid API to send an order with multiple Sales products (using the same product Id) in one call. Previously, if an order had multiple Sales products using the same product Id, the client would have to call our API multiple times.

Order Issue History Lookup by Customer Id API
This new API returns information about all orders tied to a single customer. Unlike the Order History Lookup by Customer API, this new API will return order information around all product types, including subscription products.

Client Empowerment

Users with access can now view, create, and edit Profiles, including the underlying query selection and associated products, demographics, behaviors, etc.

SMS

NEW! SMS Builder to Send SMS Messages

With this release, SMS clients can begin sending messages to audience members using SMS Builder.

SMS Builder, like Email Builder, will allow users to select an Audience Builder query or upload an external file of audience members, create and manage their SMS content, use link tracking to shorten their links (as well as track link clicks), and send tests and include seeds in their messages.

To learn more about SMS, please visit this page, which includes a video walk-through about how to prepare, plus links to blogs and Knowledge Base articles to help you define and plan your SMS strategy.
