Stripe Integration: Streamline subscription payments & optimize conversions
More consumers are replacing traditional physical cards with digital payments. So, if you can’t accommodate these forms of payment, you risk losing a potential subscriber and revenue.
That’s why Omeda and Stripe are teaming up to streamline your payment process and maximize subscription conversion rates.
With Omeda’s integration with Stripe, you can accept digital wallets and use, manage, and report on payments directly from the Omeda platform. And as Omeda and Stripe add payment options, you’ll continue to benefit without additional work.
If you’re interested in the Stripe integration, reach out to your CSM to access a new page within the Self-Service menu (Manage Databases link) where you can apply for, configure, and manage your Stripe Connect Gateways.
You can also learn more about Stripe and find additional resources here.
SMS Confirmations for a more personalized audience experience
Send SMS confirmations from a form submission to provide instant acknowledgment, higher visibility, and a more personalized audience experience.
When someone opts in to a specific SMS message type from your Form Builder forms, an SMS confirmation for that message type will be sent. Users can create SMS confirmations in Content, similar to how email confirmations are set up.
When configuring SMS confirmations on a form, users can choose from the following options to define the sending logic:
Only for first-time opt-ins
Every time the customer is opted in
Every time the customer is opted in with additional conditions
This flexible and easy setup allows you to deliver timely and relevant SMS confirmations based on specific opt-in criteria.
Other Updates
New Application Management Dashboard
Users will now be directed to a new dashboard where they can manage their favorite Applications when they log in to the platform to quickly access the tools they use most often.
Product Notice setups are now available to view via our Client Empowerment Tools
External users can now review their notice setups for Autorenewals, Invoices, Renewals and more under the Manage Database option under the account menu. Each notice setup will include information like the selected product, targeted query, notice schedules, panels, pricing, and pattern matching.
New step to map incoming Requested Version values
Previously, Data Loader only accepted 'P', 'D', and 'B' as valid values for a magazine’s Requested Version field. Now, users have the flexibility to map any incoming values for this field to our defined Omeda values using the new Version Mapping step.
When a user maps the Requested Version field for a magazine product in the General Mapping step, the Version Mapping step will become available, allowing users to map to the corresponding Omeda values.
