Release Highlights
Opt-Out Merge Variables in Odyssey
We’ve introduced merge variables for opt-out header and footer content in Odyssey’s Email Element in the Designer and HTML editor. When inserted, these placeholders dynamically resolve to the default opt-out content during test sends, previews, and live sends, ensuring consistent messaging across campaigns. In addition, the HTML editor now has the ability to use the footer/header content inserter.
Other Updates
Improved Meter Gating
To better protect gated content, we’ve added a new option in the Message Content step of a meter. When enabled, this option triggers a custom function of your choice whenever the meter is bypassed. This allows users to create pages where content is only loaded through the function after a visitor is authorized to access it.
Content Recommendations Title Source Selection
The new Title Source option gives users greater flexibility in displaying page titles for Content Recommendations. Users can select either the og:title property or the <title> tag for a specific behavior, allowing users to choose the option that best aligns with their organization's webpage structure and use of these properties.
New Delimiter Option for Behavior Attribute Text Mapping
Multiple values can now be included in the Behavior Attribute Text field by specifying the delimiter used in the file. Available delimiter options include commas, pipes, and semicolons.
