At Omeda, we give you a full team to help you master the platform and reach your goals, both during implementation and after. We create a customized onboarding plan for you based on your current tech stack and timeline, as well as pain points and challenges you are currently facing. We will establish goals and map out measurable KPIs to ensure we are tracking the right metrics and milestones.

Each week, you will receive a weekly dashboard that lets you easily see the progress of the project, including potential risks and roadblocks.
