The SMS element in voyages has several enhancements in this release. Users can now:
Add a Media URL for MMS sends
Pause voyages
Use Triggered & Delayed Conditions
See credit & character count estimates
These updates make the SMS element match capabilities with the Email element functionality to further improve its marketing flexibility. Please see the updated SMS Element for full details.
Other Updates
New sending domain for all portal emails
All emails sent from portal applications like Odyssey, Data Loader, Scheduled Outputs, Field Update, Issue Close, etc. will now be sent from the sending domain notify.omeda.com.
❗ To ensure these emails are received as expected, users may need to add this domain to their Safe Sender lists or update email rules to direct them to the desired folders.
Manage recipients faster with “Select/Deselect All” option in Email Builder
We’ve added a new "Select/Deselect All" option to the Test, Seed, and Report Recipients sections in the Email Builder. This enhancement allows users to quickly manage recipients, making it easier and faster to make bulk updates.
Personalizations to end upon voyage completion
In Odyssey, we have fixed a bug where Personalizations created from voyages would continue after a voyage reached the Done status. Personalizations will now end when the voyage reaches the Complete status.
Cancel Date field available to query
Users can now query on the date a record was moved to Class 25 (Kill/Refund) by accessing the new "Cancel Date" field. This field is located within the Paid Subscriptions skittle.
Duplicate Headers in Data Loader Templates
Users can now map a single incoming value to more than one field, allowing a single data point to populate several relevant fields at once.
This feature is currently only available in Data Loader Templates in the General Mapping step.
